SALWANI JAAFAR is an experience trainer in Communication, Customer Service, Social Etiquette, Grooming and Motivational programs. Her enthusiasm, charisma and ability to communicate with people of all ages and background makes her training interesting and enjoyable and she captures audience as she shares her innovative strategies for success. The one thing that makes her a prominent trainer is her knowledge and exposure gathered over many years of service in the industry. She is well known to have the ability to enlighten participants by not only leading them towards the subject matter but also by allowing them to relate to the subject matter and at the same time make the process of learning a lot more easier.
She started her career in Pos Malaysia Bhd in 1992 as Customer Service Representative and later as Marketing Officer for more than 10 years. During his tenure with Pos Malaysia, she was involved in employees training and development for 3 years. Over the years, she speaks and trains using variety of communication skills that impact Pos Malaysia staff in the areas of communication skills and customer service as well as updating product knowledge. She has a Bachelor Degree of Communication from Universiti Putra Malaysia and certifies as Practitioner of Neuro Liguistic Programming, Neuro Semantics and Hypnosis and Time-Lines.
As a trainer, she works from the basic principle that every human being comes in to this world of wanting to have good communication skills. Her goal is to help her customers identify their unique talents, realize their life goals and assist them to explore new options and learn to recognize their capabilities.
Salwani has actively conducting training programs to thousand over people in the public as well as private sector in the areas of Communications, Customer Service, Protocol and Social Etiquette and Grooming.
