Ms Tooty Jamaludin (34 yo) has been consultant with Malaysia Productivity Corporation since 1999. As consultant, she is heavily involved in providing training and consultancy services to meet customer’s requirements. She focuses on programmes involving productivity and quality improvement such as implementation of effective 5S, implementation of Innovative and Creative Circles (ICC) at workplace, quality management system ISO 9000 series.

As for, implementation on effective 5S, Ms Tooty involvement varies from providing training, consultancy services as well as become auditor. Her customers cover wide of organisations both private and public sectors. Same also goes to ICC where she is among popular judge for ICC conventions in various levels.

Academically, Ms Tooty holds MBA from UIA while her first degree was BA (Statistics) from UiTM. During her tenure with MPC, Ms Tooty had numerous opportunities to attend various training course as well as oversea.
