NORSA'IDA ABDUL GHANI graduated in BE (Chemical) from University Of Bradford, United Kingdom. She has more than 18 years of working experience in Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) in various organisations and positions. Since 2007, she has been Associate Consultant with Budiman Dinamik Sdn Bhd and responsible in providing training and consultancy services concerning occupational safety, health and environmental issues.

Prior to be full time consultant, Norsa'ida was Safety, Health and Environment Manager with DRB-HICOM Group for three years. She responsible in ensuring group companies comply with the statutory requirements on occupational safety & health and environment. Beside conducting training on SHE issues to enhance knowledge on the matters, she also provide consultancy to help group companies develop Environmental Management System or Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series as per the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirement respectively.

Norsa'ida also used to work as SHE Manager with NOVO Environmental Technology and responsible in implementing ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001.  She also used to work as Engineer and later as Associate Manager with Harris Advanced Technology for eight years. She was responsible in developing and managing wastewater treatment plant, sewage treatment plant and energy conservation programs.

Norsa'ida first job was as engineer with Siemens Advanced Technology and responsible in Operational and maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant and deionised water treatment plant. Also being member Safety Committee and leader for accident investigation and hazardous chemical team.

In training, Norsa'ida is holding Certifcate in Vocational Training Officer (VTO) issued by Department of Skills Development.
