Haliza hold a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Lamar University, Texas. She brings with her 18 years of experience in training, and through out these years she has trained hundreds of factory operators, up to the management team for MNC companies in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Philippines.

Haliza offers a unique combination of expertise ? a blending of human resource development, training and facilitation, commercial, information technology, corporate communication and people management skills.

Her experience in facilitating and using various tools such as personal assessment tool (HBDI) and talent management tool for leadership competency framework, provide advantage in each program she delivers.

She has extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing and FMCG industry which she gained while serving as senior engineer at Mitsui High-tec and BHP Steel, and through her role as Training & Development Manager, and Communication representative for SCA Hygiene Central and South Asia. She also had the experience of managing a learning center, and had in-depth hands-on learning of IT skills when she was the Operations Manager and the lecturer in the NIIT College.
