 August 2006 – Present – Training consultant focusing on safety, health and environment.

March 2006 until July 2006 - As Head of Human Resources at DRB-HICOM Defence Technologies Sdn Bhd.

July 2000 to March 2006 - As Senior Manager Human Resources Division DRB-HICOM Bhd, responsible for safety, health & environment and administration.

July 1995 – February 2000 – As Safety and Security Manager cum Radiation Protection Officer with HICOM PETRO- PIPES SDN.  Responsible to establish and develop the safety and security systems and procedures, setting up and manage the safety and security sections.

April 1971 to July 1995- As an officer in the Malaysian Armed Forces (Army) for 26 years and retired with the rank of Lt Colonel. Among the jobs held were:

• As lecturer and instructor with the Malaysian Armed Forces Staff College and Royal Military College respectively.
• As Battalion Commanding Officer, Company Commander and Platoon Commander.
• As Staff Officer in Prime Minister’s Department and Ministry of Defence.
